Terms of Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Real Estate Coaches Corner for the RECC websites, accounts, academies, communities, events, software subscriptions, and connected services.

1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, purchasing, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the policies in the Legal Center. You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and authorized to act for any business you identify. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. What RECC provides
RECC provides software for academy setup, course publishing, student access and progress, communities, events, resources, project records, communications, analytics, marketplace discovery, subscription billing, and support. Features may change as the service develops. A checkout, order form, academy page, or product page may add terms for a particular purchase.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for authorized activity under your account. We may require verification, multifactor authentication, reauthentication, or other controls and may restrict access to protect people, data, payments, or the service.
4. Independent coaches and sellers
Coaches, instructors, creators, contractors, and other providers using RECC are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They control and are responsible for their educational content, schedules, pricing, marketing claims, student relationships, fulfillment, credentials, taxes, insurance, refunds, and compliance. A profile, listing, introduction, or account does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
5. Education, capital readiness, and outcomes
Content available through the service is educational and general in nature. It is not individualized legal, tax, investment, accounting, engineering, construction, credit, or financing advice. Certain academies may require students to complete a general capital-readiness module and a short transaction-specific checkpoint presented by RAMM Financial Corp. RAMM and RECC have common ownership. Required education is not an application, prequalification, approval, commitment, credit pull, promise of terms, or requirement to contact or use RAMM or any other provider. You remain free to select any lawful provider. RECC, RAMM, and coaches do not promise income, savings, funding, project completion, investment performance, student results, or any other outcome.
6. Fees, earned access, renewals, and purchases
New coach organizations receive 90 days of platform access without a card. A deal earns 90 additional days only after it is manually marked Closed/Funded — Verified in RECC’s configured GoHighLevel pipeline. A merely Qualified, incomplete, duplicate, declined, withdrawn, or unverified deal earns no credit. Active credits may stack up to 360 days ahead and may be reversed if the verified closing is reversed. When free access ends, coach platform access is $99 per month or $990 per year, billed in advance and renewing until canceled. Coach-created offerings remain separate transactions with the identified coach. See Payments and Refunds.
7. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RECC a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, format, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content. Follow the Community Guidelines.
8. Payments and connected accounts
Stripe processes payments. RECC does not store complete card credentials. Coach platform subscription charges are paid to RECC. Student one-time purchases and recurring membership charges are direct charges through the selling coach’s Standard connected Stripe account; that coach is responsible for the charge, product description, digital delivery, continued subscription benefits, tax treatment, cancellation disclosures, refund decisions, disputes, and connected-account payout settings. RECC does not add a transaction-based platform fee to those coach sales. Stripe and RECC checkout are not used for financing proceeds, repayments, escrow, earnest money, property purchases, investment funds, or stored value.
9. Optional RAMM contact
After completing capital-readiness education, an eligible student interface may offer a separate, optional request for RAMM to make contact. No box is preselected. You choose each authorized channel and may withdraw the request. The request sends only the displayed contact and high-level transaction information; it is not a financing application and does not authorize a credit inquiry. Any later application, disclosures, eligibility review, terms, or provider agreement occurs separately. Consent to RAMM contact is not a condition of using RECC, buying an offering, completing a course, or receiving educational content.
10. Acceptable use
Do not break the law or another person’s rights; impersonate others; provide false identity or payment information; post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, or privacy-invasive material; scrape or resell data; bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; reverse engineer except where law permits; spam; harass; discriminate; or use the service to facilitate fraud.
11. Service changes, read-only access, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for breach, nonpayment, risk, legal obligation, or security. When an otherwise compliant coach’s free and paid access expires, coach business tools may become read-only rather than being deleted. Billing, support, export, existing student purchases, and project submission remain available as described in the product. A verified closing or successful payment can restore coach write access. Cancellation is required to stop future recurring charges.
12. Third-party services
The service may connect to Stripe, Supabase, Postmark, Cloudflare, and other providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern their own services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, or conduct, but we select and manage processors consistent with our obligations.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party conduct. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or fees you paid directly to RECC in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a business user will defend and indemnify RECC and its personnel from third-party claims arising from that user’s content, offerings, conduct, violation of law, or breach of these Terms. RECC will provide prompt notice and reasonable cooperation and will not settle a claim imposing nonmonetary obligations on the indemnifying party without consent.
15. Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, send a written description to the contact below and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Except where nonwaivable law requires otherwise, Virginia law applies without regard to conflict rules, and claims must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arlington County, Virginia. Nothing limits urgent injunctive relief or an eligible small-claims filing.
16. Changes and notices
Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice when reasonably practicable or legally required. Receipts, account verification, security alerts, payment failures, renewal and cancellation confirmations, event reminders, support responses, and policy notices are essential service messages. Marketing choices are controlled separately.
