This page explains what notices we send, how we deliver them, and which messages are essential to the service.

Electronic delivery
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, records, and notices electronically at the email address, phone number, in-app account, or device you provide. Keep contact information current. You may save or print a copy and may request an accessible copy by contacting us.
Essential service notices
We may send account-verification messages, password recovery, security alerts, receipts, payment failures, renewal and cancellation confirmations, required-course status, course and event reminders, policy-change notices, and support responses. These are not marketing messages and may continue while needed to provide or protect the service.
Optional provider contact, marketing email, and text
Email, phone, and SMS contact by RAMM requires the separate permission applicable to each channel; completing education does not supply that permission. Marketing email and SMS likewise require applicable consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, course completion, or access to education. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Use unsubscribe links, withdraw the request in Capital Readiness, or reply STOP to supported texts to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service or legally required notices.
Policy and price changes
Material policy or recurring-price changes are announced by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance when reasonably practicable or legally required. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner with prompt notice. The posted effective date and version identify the controlling online policy.
Delivery records
We may retain the notice type, destination, delivery-provider identifier, delivery status, version, and timestamp as evidence. A notice is considered delivered when sent to the current account destination or displayed in the account, subject to nonwaivable law.
