Information we collect

• Account, identity, contact, profile, business, organization, and authentication information.
• Potential-student information entered before account creation or checkout, including name, email, phone, market, experience, goals, product selections, and consent records.
• Academy, course, digital-product, community, event, project, assignment, message, and support content.
• Deal-submission identifiers, GoHighLevel opportunity identifiers, pipeline stages, verified-closing timestamps, reversals, and platform-access credits.
• Subscription, order, entitlement, receipt, refund, dispute, and transaction-status information; payment processors retain complete payment credentials.
• Device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, referral source, security events, and product usage.
• Communication preferences and records of consent, policy acceptance, and notices.
• Information submitted by coaches about authorized team members and enrolled students.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide academies, courses, payments, events, communities, communications, analytics, and support; process subscriptions and orders; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the service; comply with law; enforce agreements; and deliver requested and essential notices.

Coaches, academies, and student data

A coach or academy can access information needed to operate its own workspace and serve enrolled students, such as profile details, enrollment, course progress, submissions, community activity, messages, and purchase status. Coaches must use that information only for legitimate academy purposes and comply with applicable privacy law. One academy cannot access another academy’s records through normal service controls.

Capital-readiness education and optional RAMM contact

For an academy where capital-readiness education is enabled, we record the curriculum version, start and completion status, attempt count, best score, and the course-specific checkpoint completion needed to control lesson access. Quiz answer keys remain server-side. Completing required education does not share a lead with RAMM Financial Corp. Only if you submit the separate optional contact form do we share your account name and email plus the phone, state, property type, purpose, timeline, requested consultation, and exact email, text, or phone permissions displayed on that form. We retain the consent version, time, revocation, delivery status, and a protected network-record hash as evidence and to honor your choices. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, complete account numbers, tax returns, credit reports, or other application documents through this feature.

When we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to service providers processing data for us; the coach or academy selected by a student; Stripe and the applicable connected coach account for a purchase; RAMM Financial Corp only after the separate optional contact request described above; professional advisers; authorities or parties required by law; and a successor in a properly structured business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Stripe processes payment credentials and may independently collect identity, business, tax, transaction, risk, and payout information under its own terms. RECC receives limited payment status and transaction records needed for access, receipts, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and disputes. A connected coach receives information related to that coach’s customer purchases.

Email, CRM, and other communications

Postmark, Resend, or another delivery provider may process names, email addresses, message content, delivery identifiers, and delivery events for account, security, receipt, billing, course, event, support, and requested-contact confirmation messages. GoHighLevel may process a submitted deal’s contact, RECC organization and deal identifiers, property summary, pipeline status, and the limited optional RAMM contact record. RECC uses the configured verified-closed stage to calculate earned platform access. We do not share mobile opt-in or email subscription information for unrelated third-party marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential storage for sessions, security, preferences, and requested features. We may use analytics to understand reliability and usage. Any advertising or nonessential tracking technology will be used with the notice and choice required by applicable law. Browser controls may affect functionality.

Retention

We retain information for the account, academy, order, and support lifecycle and as needed for tax, accounting, fraud, security, disputes, backups, contracts, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record. We delete, deidentify, or isolate information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Security and incidents

We use role-based access, encrypted transport, managed authentication, logging, backups, provider controls, and administrative safeguards appropriate to the information. No system is perfectly secure. We investigate suspected incidents and provide notices to affected people and authorities when required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of marketing; and appeal a denied privacy request where applicable. We verify requests and may retain information when law, security, accounting, or an order requires it. Email the contact below. Use unsubscribe links for marketing email; essential service messages continue while necessary.

Children and geography

The service is not directed to children under 18. Services are operated from the United States. Cross-border users understand that information may be processed in the United States subject to applicable safeguards.

Policy changes

We post the current version here. When a material change affects existing users, we provide email or in-app notice when reasonably practicable or legally required and request new consent when required.
